To Build A Home

Over the past two years we have been in the long and difficult process of building a home, not only for the family, but for the gallery as well.

Mini Galerie has been on quite a journey since it started in my living room back in 2011. We saw its continued adaptation to spaces around Amsterdam: from exhibitions at the Kinkerstraat showroom, to pop-ups and collaborations around and outside the city.

Now we are proud to announce the opening of our permanent showroom, and the completion of our family home, in Almere Oosterworld, a neighbourhood that the NY Times has described as “the most planned unplanned place around”.

To Build A Home is an exhibition that celebrates our new gallery space. Join us for the opening on February 25th for an overview of the artists we have worked with over the years, along with some exciting additions to the gallery’s program.
