Graphic Surgery at Code Rood
This September, the artist duo Graphic Surgery featured at the CODE ROOD artist-collective, a monthly initiative that invites artists to showcase their work in several locations within the former military compound, Buitenplaats Koningsweg, next to the Veluwe national park. Their temporary exhibition KKN23 consists of several abstract murals on the walls of an abandoned school house, soon to face demolition. Their signature style is visible once more, with their iconic black and white geometrical shapes and stark diagonals creating a very modern aesthetic. The project was part of Arnhem’s Open Monumentendag 2017.
